The Colliers team has been recognized for the revitalization of the Winter Park Village shopping center into a luxury destination and has been awarded “Deal of the Year.” It didn’t happen overnight, but the years of hard work paid off for Alexie Fonseca of Colliers and team members David Gabbai and Jeff Johnson, who were recognized with a Deal of the Year award from the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) during the Hallmark Awards ceremony, which took place Wednesday night at the Great Southern Box Company.
